Note: to see the control at all, you must have 'Code execution' rights enabled for Internet zone. To be able to edit diagrams, 'User interaction' rights must be enabled. .NET security settings can be changed using the 'Control Panel\Administrative Tools\.NET Framework Configuration' applet. After changing settings, IE must be restarted.
